My Logs: Understanding Your Attendance Calendar

The My Logs page provides a clear monthly view of your activity inside the VitaNet portal.

It is primarily used for attendance tracking, allowing clinics and doctors to monitor login activity and working presence.


What You’ll See on the My Logs Page

1. Monthly Calendar Overview

A full month display showing daily attendance indicators:

  • 🟢 Green Dot — Present (checked in)

  • 🔴 Red Dot — Absent or no activity recorded

  • Blank Day — Future dates

The highlighted day shows today’s date.


2. Attendance Table (Detailed Log)

Under the calendar, the Attendance table provides more detail:

Column

Meaning

Date

The specific day of attendance

Status

Present / Absent

Check In

Time the user logged into the portal

Check Out

Time the user logged out (if applicable)

Duration

Total active presence time

Example:

  • Duration: 0.29 Hours → User was active for approximately 17 minutes.


How Attendance Is Recorded

The system automatically logs:

  • First login of the day (Check In)

  • Last login/logout of the day (Check Out)

  • Time spent active in the system

No manual action is required from the user.
