How to Add Your e-Invoice JoFotara (ISTD) Credentials

Update Client Tax Details in VitaNet

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your VitaNet Accounting portal and access the dashboard.

  2. Click on your Profile from the top navigation.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Navigate to Business Settings.

  5. Click Edit to update your business information.

  6. Scroll down to the Tax Details section.

    1. Enter the required Client ID provided by JoFotara (ISTD).

    2. Enter the Secret Code associated with your ISTD account.

    3. Enter your registered Tax ID.

    4. Enter your Activity ID as issued by the tax authority.

  7. Click Update to save your e-invoice credentials.


What Happens After Setup

Once your JoFotara (ISTD) credentials are saved:

  • VitaNet will issue compliant electronic invoices automatically

  • Invoices will be submitted to ISTD in real time

  • Invoice statuses will reflect successful submission or errors

  • No manual e-invoice uploads are required

  • Ensure all values are entered exactly as provided by ISTD

  • Incorrect credentials may prevent invoice submission
