The Time Management section allows clinics to control doctor availability by defining working hours and break times. These settings determine when appointments can be booked across all booking channels.
Time Management applies to:
Clinic portal bookings
Public online booking portal
Any change made here is reflected immediately in the appointment system.
Accessing Time Management
From the left-hand menu, click Time Management.
You will see:
Doctor name
Working hours
Break times
Leave summary
Edit controls
To manage doctor working hours and leaves, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Open the Booking Portal Dashboard
Log in to the VitaNet booking portal.
After login, you will land on the Overview (Dashboard) page.
Step 2 — Navigate to Time Management
From the left-hand side menu, click Time Management.
This section is available to clinic administrators and authorized staff only.
Step 3 — View Doctor Time Settings
Once inside Time Management, you can view:
Doctor name
Working hours and break times
Existing leaves (full day or partial)
Edit controls for working hours and leaves
All availability rules are managed from this page.
Editing Working Hours
You can update doctor working hours and break times directly from the Time Management page in VitaNet Care.
Edit Time Management Settings
Navigate to the Booking Portal Dashboard.
Click Time Management from the left-side menu.
To change working hours, click the edit (✏️) icon.
Update the Start Time.
Update the End Time.
To adjust break hours, change the Break Start Time.
Change the Break End Time.
Click Save to apply the changes.
📝 Note
Changes apply immediately across all booking channels.
Break times are automatically blocked from appointment availability.
If the updated hours conflict with existing appointments, the system will notify you and prevent saving the changes.
