Book a New Patient Appointment
Steps to Create a New Appointment
Navigate to the Booking Portal Dashboard.
Click New Appointment.
Enter the Mobile Number.
Select Self.
Click Relationship and choose whether the booking is for the same patient or a dependent.
Enter the Patient First Name.
If the patient has a previous appointment, their details will be auto-filled.
Enter the Patient Last Name.
Enter the Email Address (optional).
Select whether the patient has Insurance.
In this case, choose Yes.
Select the Insurance Company.
Enter the Insurance Policy ID.
Select the Appointment Date (for example, click 28).
Click to proceed to Doctor Selection.
Review the Available Slots.
Select the desired Time.
Click Book Appointment to confirm.
📝 Notes
Internal (clinic) bookings do not require approval and appear directly in Open / Pending Appointments.
Available slots depend on doctor working hours, breaks, leaves, and existing bookings.
Insurance details are required only if insurance is selected.
