How to Reschedule an Appointment (Clinic Portal)

Use this option when you need to change the date or time of an existing appointment.

Reschedule an Appointment

  1. Navigate to the appointment date on the calendar or appointment list.

  2. Click the appointment you want to reschedule.

  3. Click Reschedule.

  4. Click the Select a Date field.

  5. Choose the new date.

  6. Select the new time (for example, 11:30).

  7. Click Update to save the changes.

  8. The new date and time will be updated and reflected in the system.

📝 Notes

  • Rescheduling follows the same availability rules as new appointments.

  • Only available slots can be selected.

  • Changes apply immediately across the booking portal and calendar.
