Steps to Book an Appointment Online
Navigate to the Brooks Clinic Online Portal.
Click Appointment.
Select the Doctor.
Click Continue.
Select the Appointment Date.
Choose an available time slot.
Click Continue.
Enter your Mobile Number.
Click Get OTP.
Enter the received OTP and click Verify OTP.
Complete the required personal details in the form.
Select whether you are Insured or Not. If insured, select the Insurance Company.
Click Continue to submit the booking.
Your appointment is created and a confirmation is shown with an Appointment Number
(for example: APT2026-000004).
What Happens Next
Online bookings are sent to the clinic for review under Pending Clinic Approval.
Once approved, the appointment becomes active and appears in the clinic schedule.
You may be contacted by the clinic if additional information is required.

Available time slots depend on doctor working hours, breaks, and existing bookings.
Insurance details are required only if you select that you are insured.
The appointment number should be kept for reference.
