The Appointment History page allows clinics to review all past appointment orders, whether created through the booking portal or online booking.

This page is used for tracking appointment outcomes and operational follow-up.


What You Can Do in Appointment History

1. View Appointment Records

Each record shows:

  • Customer number

  • Reference number

  • Booking date

  • Creation date

  • Total amount

  • Order origin

    • Booking Portal

    • Online Booking

  • Appointment status


2. Appointment Statuses

Appointments may appear as:

  • Approved

  • Completed

  • Rejected

  • Cancelled

These statuses help clinics understand appointment outcomes at a glance.


3. Filter Appointments

You can filter appointment history by:

  • Customer

  • Date range (From / To)


Click Filter Orders to apply or Clear Filter to reset.


How This Page Is Used

  • Reviewing past patient visits

  • Checking booking outcomes

  • Tracking online vs clinic bookings

  • Operational and reporting reference

📝 Notes

  • Appointment History is read-only

  • No invoices are issued directly from this page

  • Financial actions are handled in Invoice History
